Top Level Facility.
Phil Mickelson set out to design the ultimate training facility for elite golfers like himself. That facility would be the home of his alma mater’s college golf teams and is named the Phil and Amy Mickelson Player Development Facility. The training facility is at the Thunderbirds Golf Complex (“The Bird”) at Papago Golf Course. Only members of the ASU teams, their PGA Tour alumni, and other occasional special-invite guests can use the facility. It features six completely different greens, eight unique wedge targets, a 25 yd wide driving fairway, countless tee locations and targets, and every short game shot you can imagine. This golf training heaven. Training will also include Trackman, Puttview, and unforgettable views.

Sun Devil® Day Camp
Experience a half day of intense college golf training designed and executed by the Arizona State coaches, as if you are a player on their teams. Campers will be taken through various trainings, tests, and drills to stretch and develop high-level golf skills with an emphasis on the short game. —Day camps are held at the famous Thunderbirds Golf Complex (The Bird), the home of the Arizona State golf teams. Coaches will also provide personalized guidance for aspiring college golfers and their parents.
Sun Devil® Winter Camp
This is the ultimate premium college golf preparation and training camp experience. Practice at the famous Thunderbirds Golf Complex and Phil and Amy Mickelson Player Development Facility that is home of the renowned Arizona State golf teams. Coaches will take you through three full days of in-person college golf immersion and dive deep into the things you need to know, do, and be, to be attractive to the colleges you aspire to attend and prepared to excel when you do.
